Senior Litigation Paralegal

Mollie McGuire is a Senior Litigation Paralegal with the Law Office of Patrick G. Shea, APC. Ms. McGuire attended a Paralegal Degree Program with Kelsey Jenney College earning her Associate of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies. Ms. McGuire graduated with Honors in May of 2001. At the time of her graduation, Ms. McGuire had already began working for Patrick G. Shea, as an intern. Once she received her degree, he make her part of the team, hiring her as his full-time litigation paralegal.

Ms. McGuire works closely with Patrick, handling all of the personal injury matters, breach of contract matters, and other business matters under the direct supervision of partner Patrick G. Shea. Furthermore, she handles a good portion of the larger workers’ compensation cases, including death claims, total permanent disability cases and cross-over actions, under the direct supervision of Patrick G. Shea, Ms. McGuire is an intricate part of the Law Office of Patrick G. Shea, APC team.
